WELCOME

With a degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, a graduate certificate in Concurrent Disorders and a Masters of Science in Psychology, I have been working in social services for about a decade. In this time, I've learned what it takes to help people with a client-centered and focussed approach. I have experience as a community mental health worker, addiction therapy specialist, bail supervisor and having worked in a wide range of environments. This experience has afforded me the ability to assess difficult situations and help direct people in the right direction, without telling them what to do. I'm a firm believer that we all have the capacity to transform our lives for the better; we just need a little guidance sometimes

As someone who also has lived experience with mental illness and addiction, I also know what it's like to struggle when it feels like the world is crumbling around you and there's no way out. If you allow me to, I will not only help you find the right path for you, but I will teach you to tackle stressful scenarios in the future.
